(= It has great impact) Example: A fresh coat of paint has made a world of difference in that old house. 4. He thinks the world of her. (= He has a very high opinion of her) Example: The children think the world of their new teacher. 5. ItÕs the best of both worlds. (= The best features of two different things) Example: Working from home is a huge plus; you have the luxury of staying at home and you get the benefits of having a job. It was out of this world! (= Extremely good or impressive) Example: Wow, that performance was out of this world! Example of conversation with some common phrases: 1. Sounds great! A: My mom is baking cookies this afternoon. We could go to my house and eat some. How does that sound? B: That sounds great/fantastic! 2. Never mind. A: Are you going to the grocery store today? We always think other people have better lives than us, but other people have problems too.
